Subscriber Services and Terms
Thank you for your patience as we process your order. This procedure is time consuming and is designed to honor those have been generous and loyal patrons, and to be fair to everyone involved. Due to high demand, Philharmonic representatives will respond to thousands of seating requests, doing their best to make every patron comfortable in the venues.
Subscription seating is handled with the following priorities:
- Renewals with no changes: subscribers requesting the same seats within the same subscription package.
- Seating change requests from contributing subscribers (including recent contributions
- Seating change requests from non-contributing subscribers in the order of date received
- New subscribers who have made contributions (including recent contributions)
- New subscribers who choose not to contribute in the order of date received
Discounts: Subscription discounts are applied to all season tickets and are included in the prices listed.
Renewals: The guaranteed subscription renewal deadline is April 21, 2026. Orders received after the final renewal deadline cannot be guaranteed same seating or priority handling. The philharmonic may extend the deadline if necessary, to best accommodate patrons.
Ticket Delivery: All tickets will be delivered in early September to the subscriber’s mailing address on file with the Philharmonic. Please contact the Philharmonic office with any change of mailing address or mark the change on the front of your subscription form. Phone: (719) 575-9632
Payments: Payment is required and will be processed at the time of order. Receipt of payment does not guarantee accommodation of specific seating requests. Price adjustments will be made when specific seating is confirmed. Patrons choosing the Payment Plan option must provide a credit card, which will be charged for either 50% of the order total (balance due in one month); or 25% of the order (balance due over the next three months). The remaining balance will be charged to the same credit card used for the initial payment. To ensure timely delivery of tickets before the season starts, the payment plan is only available for orders placed prior to July 1, 2026.
Ticket donations: Patrons unable to attend a concert may donate tickets back to the Philharmonic for a tax-deductible donation for the value paid for each ticket. Tickets must be donated no later than 48 hours before each performance.
Ticket exchanges: The Colorado Springs Philharmonic exchange policy is designed to help subscribers avoid schedule conflicts and receive full value of series tickets. Subscribers may exchange their tickets for another 2026-27 Philharmonic season concert, subject to sufficient ticket availability. Some concerts may not be available for exchange. As a benefit to our subscribers, there is no fee charged for exchange. If you are exchanging lower priced tickets for more expensive tickets , the difference will be charged. The difference for exchange requests into a lower-priced performance or section will not be refunded but will be considered as a donation. All exchanges are subject to sufficient ticket availability, and seat locations cannot be guaranteed. Ent Center performances can be exchanged for Pikes Peak Center performances and vice-versa by calling (719) 575-9632. Tickets must be exchanged no later than 48 hours before each performance.
No refunds: Tickets are subject to prior sale. All tickets sales are final. No refunds. Dates, programs, artists, and venues and venue conditions are subject to change.
Fees: As a loyalty benefit, the processing fee is waived for renewal orders received before the Loyalty Bonus deadline. All listed tickets prices include box offices fees charged by the Pikes Peak Center or Ent Center. New Subscribers pay the processing fee regardless of the date of subscription. Processing covers handling and first-class postage.
ADA accessible seating: Accessible seats are for use by a person with a disability who requires accessible seating, and up to one companion. The venues reserve the right to act against individuals who fraudulently obtain accessible seating. If you do not have a disability and require that your series seats be moved to another location, please contact the Philharmonic at (719) v575-9632.
Smoking Policy: All performance halls used by the Colorado Springs Philharmonic are smoke-free environments.
Lost and Found: Lost articles are handled by Pikes Peak Center administration. Please contact the box office at 719-799-4139.
