- New subscribers who have made contributions.
- New subscribers who choose not to make a contribution.
Please note that receipt of payment does not guarantee seating placement.
Ticket Donations: Patrons unable to attend a concert may return concert tickets to the Colorado Springs Philharmonic as a tax-deductible donation. Value of the donation is equal to the paid value printed on the ticket. The tickets can be returned by calling the Philharmonic administrative offices at 719-575-9632 to donate their tickets 48 hours prior to concert start time. Tickets from past concerts may not be donated back.
Ticket Exchanges: To help when scheduling conflicts arise, subscribers may exchange their Philharmonic tickets for other Philharmonic concerts free of charge, subject to sufficient ticket availability as some concerts are not available for exchange. Tickets from past concerts may not be exchanged.
Please use one of the following methods to exchange your tickets:
- Call 719-575-9632.
- Bring your tickets to the Pikes Peak Center box office (at 190 South Cascade Avenue in downtown Colorado Springs) during normal business hours.
Every attempt will be made to exchange your tickets for best available comparable seats for the alternative concert of your choice. If you wish to upgrade your seat, you will be charged for the difference in price at the time the exchange is made. We regret that we are unable to refund the difference if you exchange into lower priced seats. Some concerts are not eligible for exchange and all exchanges are subject to sufficient ticket availability. You may call 719-575-9632 at least 48 hours in advance to see if exchange tickets are currently available for the concert of your choice.
