Mario Rede

Mario Rede serves as Chief Financial Officer of the Colorado Springs Philharmonic, providing financial and operationalleadership for the organization. In his role, Mario oversees day-to-day financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, financial planning, and the development of strategies that support the Philharmonic’s continued financial growth and long-term success.
Mario brings more than two decades of experience in financial leadership and nonprofit and sports administration. Prior to joining the Colorado Springs Philharmonic, he spent 18 years with U.S. Figure Skating, where he served as Chief Financial Officer and was responsible for the organization’s financial operations and strategic planning. Earlier in his career, Mario served as a value in kind revenue manager with the United States Olympic Committee, gaining extensive experience in the financial and business operations of the Olympic movement.
Mario is passionate about combining strong financial stewardship with mission-driven leadership, helping organizations build a solid foundation for sustainable growth.
Outside of his professional career, Mario and his wife, Terri, enjoy fly fishing, exploring the outdoors, and taking full advantage of the Colorado lifestyle.
