Change is in the air.
Our community is growing, a Music Director search has begun, and the Colorado Springs Philharmonic is called to be a leader in the cultural vitality of our region.
In this spirit, we have a thrilling opportunity: The NextGen Challenge. The Estate of Kathleen Fox Collins will match new or increased gifts with up to $100,000 to the Philharmonic’s Permanent Endowment. It’s a tribute to Kathleen – for her belief that our best days are yet to come.
After years of careful stewardship, the Bee Vradenburg Foundation has transferred $558,000 to the Philharmonic’s Permanent Endowment. The aptly named “Bee Vradenburg Fund” (previously known as the Symphonic Music Fund*), will ensure ongoing support, helping to guarantee our promise to continue delivering world-class performances today, and for generations.
Celebrate with us! A gift for you…
In a gesture of our appreciation, and to mark these significant milestones, we are delighted to release the full performance of Gustav Mahler’s Symphony No. 9, led last May by our honored Conductor Laureate Josep Caballé-Domenech. This performance is a highpoint of the Philharmonic’s artistic journey, and it is our gift to you – ABSOLUTELY FREE – to be cherished, shared, and enjoyed.
