Step 1: Your organization joins the Cares Program through the application process provided below. 

Step 2: Your organization’s representative sends an invite to your caregiving staff.

Step 3: Your staff registers for Philharmonic Cares by visiting csphilharmonic.org/cares. Their name will be added to a private database of caregivers who will receive opportunities to attend select Colorado Springs Philharmonic concerts free of charge on a first-come-first serve basis.

Step 4: Before select concerts, attendees receive an email invitation allowing them to secure up to two Philharmonic Cares tickets. They can secure these tickets online or in person at the box office using a special code.
