Legacy Giving

The Colorado Springs Philharmonic Foundation is a separately incorporated organization, dedicated to the permanence of the Colorado Springs Philharmonic. This orchestra does great things, and the Foundation ensures that it will have everything needed to succeed.

A thriving community depends on a Philharmonic powered by great artistry and supported by a firm foundation. Your gift helps today, tomorrow, and forever.

The Colorado Springs Philharmonic Foundation’s Board of Trustees oversees the Foundation’s efforts. Members meet quarterly to review the performance of investments and ensure that donors’ long-term interests are being served.

Your Legacy

A thriving community depends on a Philharmonic powered by great artistry and supported by a firm foundation. Your gift helps today, tomorrow, and forever. A legacy gift is a powerful endorsement, guaranteeing a steady and sustainable future for the Colorado Springs Philharmonic. Gifts can be made to one of two endowments inside the Foundation.

Permanent Endowment

For donors wishing ultimate permanence of their gift, the
Permanent Endowment offers the greatest guarantee. Its annual grant to the Philharmonic is strictly set at 5% of Endowment assets.

Board Designated Endowment

The Board Designated Endowment is also a vigilantly protected fund, providing 5% annually. In rare cases, this fund has the flexibility to help with extraordinary needs or strategic growth in which case the Foundation Trustees may vote to grant more than 5% of assets.
